Four Steps to the Best Technical Support

  1. Retain and read thoroughly documentation provided with equipment
  2. When installing, upgrading, programming or repairing make sure you understand the cabling, electrical, environmental and technical schema involved.
    Be prepared to work around problems based on your understanding of these variables.
  3. If you can't find answers in the manual and you have exhausted the possibilities of other variables, read through the support pages here.
  4. Finally, if you still need assistance we are here. Please have your product documents to hand with the make and model of the system parts concerned.
    Remember a photograph provided via email can help us identify the unit.

  • Customised technical drawings tailored to your particular system/installation can be produced within 24 hours. This will incur a nominal charge of €65.

  • For more technical assistance not available through our telephone support arrangement we will be happy to provide you with an on site consultation for a service call out charge of €120/hour.
